Styling for the moments that matter most.

Occasion Styling is for the events where showing up well isn't optional. A wedding where you'll be photographed. A speaking engagement where your audience will form their opinion of you in the first thirty seconds. A board dinner where you need to hold the room. A milestone trip you've been planning for a year.

Most women handle these moments alone — ordering five things and keeping one, or wearing something that's "fine" and spending the whole event slightly uncomfortable. Occasion Styling removes that entirely. I source the options, present a curated edit built specifically for the event, your body, and your coloring, and we land on a final look you feel completely confident in.

This isn't about fashion. It's about showing up as yourself, at your best, for the thing that matters.

Wedding events

Guest, mother of the bride/groom, rehearsal dinner, bridal party — any role where the photos last forever and the expectations are specific.

Speaking + presenting

Keynotes, panels, investor pitches, media appearances. What you wear either reinforces or undermines what you're saying. It should reinforce it.

High-stakes professional

Board meetings, gala dinners, client events, award ceremonies — occasions where the social dynamics are complex and the dress code is rarely spelled out clearly.

Significant travel

A big anniversary trip, a honeymoon, a destination event where you'll be photographed constantly and want to pack exactly the right things — nothing more, nothing less.

From inquiry to final look.

  1. Inquiry + intake

You reach out through the inquiry form with the event details — what it is, when it is, what you're imagining, what you're worried about. I'll follow up within two business days to set up a scope call. No commitment yet — just a conversation.

  2. Scope call — understanding the occasion

On our call, we get specific: the dress code (stated and unstated), the venue, the crowd, your role in the event, your budget, what you already own that might work, and what you absolutely don't want. I also gather your color and proportion information here, or we work from an existing Style Portrait if you have one.

  3. Sourcing — I find the options

I do the research so you don't have to. I source across retailers — not just the obvious ones — for pieces that actually fit the event, your body, and your coloring, and load everything into your virtual closet so you can see it in one place. If you'd like me to shop in-store on your behalf, we can arrange that. You receive a curated edit — typically three to five looks — presented with styling notes for each.

  4. Options review — you make the call

We go through the options together. I'll walk you through why each one works — or doesn't — for this specific event. Nothing is purchased until you've made the decision. We narrow to the final look, then address accessories, shoes, and anything else that needs to be accounted for.

  5. Final look — confirmed and ready

The complete outfit — including accessories and fit notes if anything needs tailoring — is confirmed and in your hands before the event. You know exactly how to wear it. You're not deciding anything the morning of. You just get dressed and show up.

Timeline: Ideally, I'd love 60 days of lead time — minimum. How much you actually need depends on the event: dressing for the Kentucky Derby is a very different timeline than packing for a week in Greece. The more complex the occasion, the more runway we need. Reach out as early as you can — earlier always means more options.

The complete look — nothing left to figure out.

A complete, confirmed outfit — head to toe

The deliverable is the look itself: the main piece, the shoes, the accessories, any undergarment or shapewear considerations, any tailoring notes. Every element is accounted for so there are no surprises the day of the event.

You also leave with styling notes — how to wear it, how to style your hair around it, what to carry — so the whole thing is documented and you're not relying on memory the morning of your event.

And because this work is built on your color and proportion analysis, you don't just walk away with one outfit. You walk away with a better understanding of what works on your body — which compounds every time you get dressed going forward.

"I was so stressed for an event that I felt out of my league for and I was recommended to Callie to help find the perfect outfit. After our first meeting together over Zoom, my anxiety levels dropped and I knew that she would find me the right fit for this event. She understood the Napa Chic theme perfectly and gave me plenty of options and when those first options didn't work out, Callie had more lined up immediately. We found the perfect dress and then focused on accessories and all of Callie's attention to detail created the perfect look. I went to my event feeling beautiful and confident and I know that I wouldn't have been able to do it without Callie!"

Anyone who can't afford to get it wrong.

Occasion Styling is for women who know the event matters and don't want to spend the weeks before it in a cycle of online ordering, returning, second-guessing, and settling. They want someone to handle the research, present the best options, and give them a final answer they feel confident in — so they can focus on the actual event, not on whether their dress is right.

It works best when you come to it with some lead time and a clear sense of what the event is. The more specific you can be about the occasion, the better I can source for it.

"When the occasion demands you look exactly right, you deserve to walk in already knowing you do."
