These Terms of Service govern your use of the-styling-co.com (the "Site") and any styling services provided by The Styling Co. ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing the Site or booking a service, you agree to these terms.
The Styling Co. offers personal styling services including Signature Styling, Style Portrait sessions, and Occasion Styling. The scope and deliverables of each service are described on the Site and confirmed in writing prior to the start of any engagement.
Style Portrait sessions are booked and paid in full at the time of scheduling via Stripe. Signature Styling and Occasion Styling engagements are by inquiry and require a signed agreement and deposit before work begins. All fees are stated in USD.
Style Portrait sessions cancelled more than 48 hours before the scheduled time are eligible for a full refund or reschedule. Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable. For larger engagements, cancellation terms are outlined in the client agreement.
All content on this Site — including text, photographs, and styling materials — is owned by The Styling Co. and may not be reproduced without written permission. Style guides and deliverables created for clients are for their personal use only.
Styling advice is provided in good faith based on professional expertise. Results vary by individual. The Styling Co. is not responsible for purchases made independently by clients based on general advice.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Styling Co. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Site or our services.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, United States.
